This is a great question, and I admit I don’t know if I can answer you. But personally, I believe that you should never design a screen with overpromising in mind. What I mean is that if you show a skeleton page with 10 cards and then only load 1 card, that could be seen as overpromising. Best to be more modest in these instances. But the most important thing to keep in mind is that we are talking about using skeleton screens here as a splash screen, which isn’t ideal.
